مقدمة عامة
يلتزم تطبيق "سند للمحاسبة وجرد المخازن" بحماية خصوصية وأمان بيانات مستخدميه. التطبيق مبني على بنية Offline-First: الفواتير والمخزون والعملاء والديون تُحفظ وتُعالج على جهازك. لا توجد لوحة تحكم لدينا نطّلع منها على دفترك. الميزات التي تحتاج إنترنت اختيارية وتُفعَّل بموافقتك.
١. جمع البيانات ونقلها
لا نجمع فواتيرك أو أسماء عملائك أو أرصدتك على خوادمنا، ولا نراقب حركاتك التجارية. الاتصال المحدود الذي قد يحدث دون رفع محتوى الدفتر يشمل التحقق من الترخيص والتحقق من وجود تحديث (ملف إصدار عام).
ميزات اختيارية تحتاج إنترنت وموافقة صريحة منك:
- نسخ Google Drive: تُرفع النسخة إلى حسابك أنت في مجلد ملفات التطبيق. أرشيف السنة المالية مستثنى.
- مساعد سند: ترسل سؤالك (ويمكنك إرفاق ملخص مجاميع للمتجر دون فواتير تفصيلية) للحصول على إجابة تعليمية.
- قراءة فاتورة المورد: الصورة أو ملف PDF الذي تختاره يُرسل للمعالجة السحابية ثم تعود النتائج لمراجعتك قبل الحفظ.
- المزامنة بين أجهزتك: تتم عبر شبكتك المحلية أو شبكتك الخاصة، وليس عبر رفع الدفتر إلى خوادمنا.
٢. الأذونات والصلاحيات المطلوبة
قد يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية حسب الجهاز والميزة المستخدمة:
- التخزين: حفظ واستعادة النسخ الاحتياطية وتصدير التقارير والفواتير.
- الكاميرا: مسح الباركود في وضع الكاشير، وتصوير فاتورة المورد إن اخترت ذلك.
- البلوتوث: الاتصال بطابعات الإيصالات الحرارية.
- الإنترنت / الشبكة المحلية: الترخيص، التحديثات، المزامنة بين أجهزتك، وDrive والمساعد وقراءة الفاتورة عند تفعيلها.
٣. مسؤولية وأمان البيانات
لأن الدفتر الأساسي محلي، حماية الجهاز والنسخ الدورية مسؤوليتك. نوصي بـ:
- نسخ احتياطي دوري محلياً، أو جدولة نسخ Google Drive إن فعّلتها.
- حفظ الملفات في مكان آمن (فلاشة، حسابك الشخصي، أو Drive).
- قفل التطبيق برقم سري أو بصمة، وحماية الهاتف/الكمبيوتر.
٤. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية
قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر لتماشي أي تحديثات تقنية في النظام. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات مباشرة على هذه الصفحة لتكون متاحة للجميع.
Introduction
Sanad App (Accounting & Inventory) is committed to protecting user privacy. It is Offline-First: invoices, inventory, contacts, and debts are stored and processed on your device. We have no dashboard that shows your books. Features that need the internet are optional and require your consent.
1. Data Collection and Transfer
We do not collect your invoices, customer names, or balances on our servers, and we do not monitor your trading activity. Limited connections that do not upload your ledger include license checks and a public version-manifest for updates.
Optional features that need the internet and your explicit action:
- Google Drive backup: copies go to your Drive account in the app’s file folder. Fiscal-year archives are excluded.
- Sanad Assistant: sends your question (and, if you choose, shop totals only — no detailed invoices) for a teaching-style answer.
- Supplier invoice scan: the photo or PDF you pick is sent for cloud reading; you review results before saving.
- Device sync: happens on your LAN or private network, not by uploading the ledger to our servers.
2. Device Permissions Required
Depending on the device and feature:
- Storage: create, save, and restore backups; export reports and invoices.
- Camera: barcode scanning in cashier mode, and photographing a supplier invoice if you use that feature.
- Bluetooth: thermal receipt printers.
- Internet / local network: licensing, updates, sync between your devices, and Drive / Assistant / invoice scan when enabled.
3. Data Security & User Responsibility
Because the primary ledger is local, protecting the device and taking regular backups is your responsibility. We recommend:
- Periodic local backups, or scheduled Google Drive backups if you enable them.
- Keeping backup files in a safe place (USB drive, your personal account, or Drive).
- Locking the app with a PIN or biometrics, and securing the phone or PC.
4. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new system enhancements. Any adjustments will be published directly on this standalone page.
